We have extensive combined experience working in CEO and senior management roles and governance, in not-for-profits and business. We have a deep understanding of New Zealand’s unique social issues and how to greatly empower the organisations that address them. We understand the importance of The Treaty of Waitangi.
We work alongside community organisations to articulate their purpose and define their value. We enable them to develop long term strategic solutions to ensure sustainability. This includes building new revenue streams, including a strong focus on effective corporate partnerships. We work with organisations to engage authentically with Government and review systems and processes to deliver and demonstrate impact.
Our work with businesses pinpoints the social issues that are important to them and how they can be addressed. We help them develop environmental, social and governance (ESG) and Corporate Social Responsibility solutions, with a strong focus on the social elements.
We co-design long lasting and impactful community partnerships that are authentic and mutually beneficial. We ensure partnerships are clearly agreed, scoped, resourced and measured for impact.
